Company struggles to attract top name customers. Most of the sales leadership team have been aligned to small or medium sized customers and have lost bigger customers to churn. Likewise they seem to hire and promote more junior non threatening people in key sales leadership roles.

Critical change has to happen soon given the company is poised for high growth! The impacts of COVID have accelerated cloud adoption yet the sales teams are hamstrung with poor data in great systems SFDC , very underwhelming processes rookie mistakes abound.

The company has undergone numerous changes in all levels of management, frequent changes in direction and focus, and numerous group reorgs.

As a long-time employee, I can definitely say that the culture is not what it was 5 years ago. Teams are very siloed, not really collaborating all that well together anymore. Each team seems to be full of good, hardworking, intelligent people, but the "Friends and Family" culture that used to exist has been thrown out the window in a push to take the company public. At least COVID forced the company to adopt an "everybody works from home" policy, that has actually improved the culture somewhat.
